What are your requirements to be offered a job with Conexus?
Requirements for registered nurses
NCLEX Passers
All NCLEX passers need to be currently working in an inpatient role, or willing to return to an inpatient role within 90 days of signing a contract with us.

NCLEX Sponsorship program
Nurses who qualify for our NCLEX Sponsorship program are currently working in an inpatient role at a hospital with 100 beds or more.
Required experience and graduation date vary depending on individual circumstances; generally speaking, you will be required to have at least 3 years total experience in an inpatient position and will need to have graduated within the last 10 years. However, in some cases, we may be able to accept nurses with 3 months total experience in an inpatient position, and nurses who have graduated within the last 15 years. At this time we are unfortunately unable to help nurses who have previously taken and failed the NCLEX exam.

Requirements for medical technologists
Medical technologists must hold an ASCPi certification, and be currently working in a lab as a generalist in a Tertiary or Secondary facility. You are required to have completed a four-year bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science, medical technology, biological science, chemistry, microbiology, or biochemistry. Please note that we are only able to accept medical technologists who currently hold an ASCPi certification at this time.
Will there be refreshments provided or do I need to bring my own?
Refreshments are provided at most of our events.
I can't make it to the session I signed up for. Can I attend a different one?
Yes, you can.

If you are unable to attend the original session that you signed up for, you can join a different one.
Please note that some of our sessions are dedicated to registered nurses or medical technologists only, so you will want to choose one that is relevant to your profession.
I can no longer attend the event, can I still interview with you?
Yes, you can. You will need to fill out our online application form. If you meet our requirements, you will be invited to schedule an interview.
Can I bring someone with me?
You're welcome to bring along any family or friends who are also a registered nurse or medical technologist. Starting your new career adventure in the U.S. will be even more exciting with a loved one by your side!
