If you are employed with Conexus at the time the referral starts their employment you will receive $1000, paid 90 days after the referral begins their employment. If you are a non-Conexus employee you will receive $750.
Referral payment is triggered when the person who was referred starts their U.S. assignment. If employed with Conexus on the payment date, Referral payment will be made within 60 days of the due date through regular payroll, or check (if not employed by Conexus). 1099 will be issued for any off-payroll payments. If you were employed by Conexus but did not fulfill your employment agreement obligations, you are not eligible for referral payments. Applications made through a vendor are not eligible for a referral bonus.
